John Stearns passed the NAMB written certification examination on June 1, 2004.
The Certified Residential Mortgage Specialist is administered by the National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB) and is developed through extensive research by mortgage industry experts. This certification is gained only once the candidate has met certain requirements of experience and knowledge of the mortgage industry and had passed a rigorous examination. Certified Residential Mortgage Specialists have also agreed to abide by a Code of Ethics.
John Stearns has been a mortgage broker for 11 years at Ideal Financial Services. He is a member of the Wisconsin Association of Mortgage Brokers (WAMB) and the National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB).
