At the new location, Provident will manufacture a variety of prescription and over-the-counter products for national distribution. In addition to the manufacturing operations, the company will have an in-house laboratory to conduct the extensive testing required on all products.
Provident is in the start-up stages of operations and hopes to add an additional 15-20 employees during 2005. The company plans to fill the positions from the available local workforce.

The company was founded by Dr. Brian Crook and his wife Kathy. Dr. Larry Boos recently joined the company as Director of Regulatory Affairs/Quality Assurance.
