National Arbitration Forum Announces NJ PIP Settlement Week
The National Arbitration Forum (NAF) announced its inaugural Settlement Week for legal disputes filed under the New Jersey No-Fault Personal Injury Protection (PIP) Insurance Arbitration Program.
Minneapolis, MN (PRWEB) December 11, 2004 -- During the week of December 13 through December 17, 2004, the National Arbitration Forums dispute resolution professionals will facilitate voluntary settlement negotiations between parties in disputes involving medical reimbursement for injuries suffered in automobile accidents. The National Arbitration Forum is offering Settlement Week at no cost to the parties.
Each year, there are more than 20,000 No-Fault PIP insurance arbitration cases filed in New Jersey," said Curtis Brown, NAFs General Counsel. The New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance awarded the National Arbitration Forum the contract to administer arbitrations for No-Fault Insurance PIP disputes in early 2004.
