Pragmatic Office 5.10 Features Team Collaboration and Sales Lead Management

Team Collaboration
The latest version of Pragmatic Office is designed to enhance collaboration by allowing project managers to request status of tasks from team members online. For example, a project manager can see all tasks assigned to a specific team member. Items that are overdue turn red, quickly identifying slipping tasks. The project manager can also sign up for a nightly email report that shows all Overdue items owned by the project manager and assigned to their team members. Last, the new features of Pragmatic Office allow a project manager to request status from a team member by clicking a "Request Status" link for any task. Once clicked, it sends an email to the team member asking for status. In turn, the team member receives the email and responds to the status request without logging into Pragmatic Office. Once done, an email is automatically sent back to the project manager and notes are attached to the task showing the request and receipt of status. This process enables complete collaboration on all tasks and empowers the project manager to quickly collect status from their team members.

Enhanced Sales Lead Management
Pragmatic Office 5.10 allows sales teams to track their sales leads and prospects. It allows them to set call back dates, manage workflow, and quickly identify prospects to call back, as their information turns red when overdue for a call back. Detailed notes can be added and viewed upon talking with sales leads, providing sales teams with a chronological history of all conversations held between the sales lead and the sales rep. Mail campaigns are also supported, as Pragmatic Office allows printing of mailing labels for sales leads.

More Robust Reporting
Pragmatic Office was enhanced with more robust reporting, including a myriad of new sales lead, contact and project management reports. The newer reports allow trending of project tasks over time, allowing teams to spot trends and determine how well their team tasks are progressing. Ad-hoc reports can also be created by team members, where they can select the items they wish to appear on the report, the report layout, and the filter criteria. For Enterprise clients, Pragmatic Office has full integration with Business Objects Crystal Reports®, allowing teams to create their own custom reports and post them into Pragmatic Office for others to use. This integration empowers teams to post reports from other SQL based databases (like Oracle, SQL Server, etc), allowing Pragmatic Office to double as a full reporting solution for all areas of their business.
