The situation stems from an Andy Kaufman/Steve Rocco article released in the 12/3/2004 edition of the Orange County Weekly in Orange County California.

In a written statement from his home in Aruba Puzzlementary President Jesus Presley said "We do not want to talk about the situation in too much detail until we have had a chance to get a response from the paper and their parent company"
