AmCham Welcomes United Airlines Daily Direct Flights Between HCM City and San Francisco.

AmCham HCMC Chairman Binh Nguyen welcomed Uniteds daily direct flight between Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Saigon) and San Francisco at a gala reception for government, business, and community leaders. Binh said, As I look around, there is not one person in this room, indeed there is not one person in this whole city, who does not have family or dear friends in the United States."

He noted that the launch of the daily flights was very timely, permitting Vietnam residents to visit family in the USA for Christmas, while Americans could visit Vietnam for the TET Lunar New Year.
