The November 30th, 2004, date also marked the official acceptance of the San Diego chapter into the parent Forensic Expert Witness Association, which has chapters located throughout the State of California. The purpose of the Association is for members To increase forensic knowledge and ability to provide necessary forensic assistance to their clients."
