Exton, PA (PRWEB) December 14, 2004 -- Ecobuild America 2005 and AEC-Science and Technology (AEC-ST), have signed a long-term strategic relationship with Futurus Communications, Inc., Dubuque, Iowa, publisher of Land Development Today, a monthly print and online trade publication serving the land development market. The magazine becomes the latest STAR Partner sponsor in a rapidly growing list of key organizations lending support to Ecobuild and AEC-ST.

Land Development Today will sponsor four workshops to be held as part of Ecobuild America's initial United States showing in Orlando, Fla. on June 20, 2005. In addition, Futurus will promote and market all Ecobuild America and AEC-ST events to the land development industry through its various communication channels.

Ecobuild America and AEC-ST are produced by RCG Productions LLC, Exton, Pa. George Borkovich, a principal of RCG and creator of the former A/E/C SYSTEMS International conference and exhibition, notes the benefits of the new affiliation: "Partnering with Futurus is clearly a win-win-win situation for us, them, and the industry. With 35,000 online subscribers and another 30,000 receiving the printed version of Land Development Today, this provides a significant reach of loyal followers within the industry. Plus, Futurus has extensive direct marketing capabilities and the ability to reach more than 250,000 professionals in the land development market."

Ecobuild America is a unique new environmental systems technology conference and exhibition. AEC-ST addresses interoperability across all disciplines that exchange data in the process of planning, designing, building, owning and maintaining structures and infrastructure. Land Development Today is the premiere magazine for individuals and organizations involved in the professional fields that comprise the land development industry.

The Ecobuild America show and conference premieres June 20-23, 2005 at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort and Convention Center in Orlando, Fla. AEC-ST's educational programs run from June 20-23; exhibits and software demonstrations are open June 21-23. The National Specifiers Conference, FM/IT, the AEC/GIS IT Analyst Conference and many more discipline specific industry meetings run concurrent with Ecobuild and AEC-ST.

In the partnership, Futurus will establish two new educational opportunities each year for the land development industry. The initial Land Development Breakthroughs - Best Practices Conference will be held December 14-16, 2005 at the Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C. and co-located with Ecobuild Federal, an annual fall event targeted to the special needs of those who commission, design, build and manage government facilities.

Dates and locations have been secured for subsequent land development conferences through 2010, including the 2006 Land Development Breakthroughs - Best Practices Conference to be held at Chicago's Navy Pier on June 27-29, 2006. It will be co-located with Ecobuild America, AEC-ST and a host of related conferences and meetings for the design and construction industry which runs at Chicago's Navy Pier, June 26-29, 2006. Exhibits run June 27-29.

Tony Wernke and Greg Yoko are principals of Futurus. Wernke explains: "We are excited to have this avenue to provide additional educational opportunities to our industry. During the past three years Land Development Today readers have indicated a desire to obtain new information on business and project management innovations from an independent source. The addition of two annual conferences, in conjunction with Land Development Today and our series of one-day workshops, allows us to more fully serve our industry's demands. These events also provide exhibitors a phenomenal opportunity to reach thousands of individuals and organizations within the land development industry at one time."

Focused on the needs of the expanding green building market, Ecobuild America combines sustainable building techniques with the technology that supports the entire process from concept, through design, construction and long-term operation. The exhibition portion of Ecobuild America features products that serve the entire scope of designing, constructing and operating buildings for better energy and environmental performance.

Its educational sessions cover innovations in green building materials, energy and technology, with particular emphasis on sustainable growth, green building, and environmental design. Exhibits feature products for the entire scope of designing, constructing and operating buildings for better energy and environmental performance.
