Many investors decide not to wait until the building is finished, and are actually able to sell their sales contracts (with the developerÂs approval) to other buyers for a substantial profit. Typically this happens when the building is sold out completely, and there are buyers who missed the chance to purchase during the early stages, or perhaps decided to buy an additional unit.
