Collaboration Will Improve Candidate Matching, Tracking, and Recruitment Measurement Capabilities

The jointly developed solution, which will include product integration, joint training, and co-marketing efforts, is designed to provide employers with the full scope of sourcing, selection, and reporting tools to help them meet all of their hiring needs. Webhire represents the first talent management solution provider to join with Monster to provide hiring solutions.

This will save time for potential candidates and increase the number of qualified applicants for employers.

·    Enhanced Resume Search – Monster’s SmartFind Resume Search tool will be integrated with Webhire’s search functionality, allowing recruiters to quickly and efficiently identify and upload candidates from Monster’s extensive resume database, which now boasts more than 43 million resumes.
