From weighing more than 300 pounds to becoming an age group triathlete and Life Coach, Debra Hoogestraat embodies the life changing strategies she shares with clients.

The guiding principle of her practice, Enviable Life Coaching, is the belief that every individual has an image of what their enviable life would look like. Utilizing strategies she has learned from her own experience and the elite athletes she once worked with, Debra has fashioned a practice that is effective and fun. It is solely based upon discovering who the client was created to be and what in life makes them the most passionate. Once the client finds what these areas are, Debra provides them with an objective view of how to create the opportunities that will support the attainment of their dreams.
