New Dates for Sarbanes Oxley Training Announced

Lead partner Shaun Critten explained "we have had an overwhelming response for SOX training from our foreign registrant clients based in London, Europe and Australia, all struggling to maintain progress for the 15 July 2005 effective date for Section 404. Many of these clients are heavily reliant upon external contractors to complete the work, which causes some challenges in terms of consistency of work to a common quality methodology. Our intensive Boot Camp has been specially designed to try and get implementation team members on the same page - to ensure they fully understand the basics and are working to the same principles and methodology, which hopefully means the work gets done quicker, to a higher standard with less rework required and lesser chance of delay".

Two courses have been released - Section 404 Boot Camp (covering the basics of internal control identification, documentation, testing and evaluation) and SOX for IT professionals (covering in some detail the principles of general computer controls and IT governance principles).
