Saga Productions, LLC Partners with Wild East Productions To Release Spaghetti Westerns On DVD

Saga Productions, LLC., a New York based DVD Authoring Company specializing in DVD Authoring and replication for independent feature films, has recently partnered with Wild East Productions. The two companies have been working together to release DVD editions of Spaghetti Westerns previously unavailable in the U.S.

(PRWEB) December 17, 2004 -- The DVDs are targeted at the collector and include slide shows and photo galleries filled with rare posters and photographs. Additional features include interviews with actors and short documentaries. In some cases a film may no longer exist in its entirety and will go through a restoration process. Often the best quality film print available will be incomplete, the restoration endeavors to track down the missing elements of picture and sound in order to present a complete film for collectors.

At Saga Productions the elements of the film are put together and Authored onto a DVD-R for quality control before a DLT (Digital Linear Tape) master is made and replication begins. With the new dual layer DVD+R format even a dual layer DVD can be thoroughly checked on recordable media before committing to replication.
