D. Noah Eckhouse Assumes President Position At Optram, Incorporated

Co-founder Ted Selig will remain as chairman and chief executive officer and will work closely with Mr. Eckhouse to plan and execute the next level of growth for the Company.

Before TrailBreaker, Eckhouse was a founder of Player Systems Corp., a GPS-based golf course management company acquired in 1998 by John Deere. Mr. Eckhouse also managed the Marine Instrumentation Lab at MIT and was a member of the America3 design team, the winning syndicate of the 1992 America's Cup sailing yacht race.
