Emotional Freedom Techniques - A Universal Healing Aid

Stanford engineer, Gary Craig, has developed Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) to help people banish phobias, get rid of anxiety & panic attacks and rid themselves of negative emotion.

(PRWEB) December 23, 2004 -- Gary Craig is an amazing man who has developed EFT to help people with phobias, panic/anxiety attacks, traumatic memories, guilt, grief and physical ailments that have been elegantly relieved (often in minutes) by this procedure.

EFT is a bit like acupunture but without the needles and Gary himself calls it "An emotional form of acupuncture". As a hypnotherapist I can add that I have used it on numerous occasions and it is very effective.

Even though EFT violates just about every conventional belief out there, the results remain remarkable. EFT isn't perfect, of course. We don't get 100%. But it usually works well and the results are sometimes spectacular. It often works where nothing else will.

Gary says "We are still learning why EFT works so well. It centers around the profound effects of the body's subtle energies using the theory that "the cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy system." Accordingly, EFT is an emotional form of acupuncture except that we don't use needles. Instead, we tap with the fingertips to stimulate certain meridian energy points while the client is "tuned in" to the problem".

Gary Craig is such a remarkable man that he has made his life's mission to spread the word about EFT. You can access lots of free information (including the EFT handbook) from this site:
