Friedman will be responsible for managing all operational aspects of the companys translation services, including technical translation, medical translation, localization engineering, and interpreting services.

Friedman will be responsible for managing all operational and quality control aspects of the companys translation services, including technical translation, medical translation, software and web localization, as well as interpreting services.

Friedman brings to RIC International, as well as to the technical translation services industry in general, over 15 years of experience managing quality control and operations for the leading American technology companies. Caren started her career at Polaroid, where she was the Senior Photosystems Engineer.. She then moved to Intel, where she served as Manager of a Quality Engineering Department and as Program Manager. In addition to her BS in Imaging Sciences and Photographic Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology, Caren also earned an MA in Organizational Management.

At RIC International, Caren will be responsible for all operational aspects of the companys technical translation and localization services, as well as its interpreting and multilingual graphics and publishing services. She will help focus the companys efforts to document and enhance quality management practices in order to make RIC International ready for ISO 9000 certification for quality technical translation. Caren will manage and grow RIC Internationals team of Translation Project Managers, and will help run the corporate headquarters located in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
