Inc. Magazine has named Amity Technology one of the fastest growing privately held companies in the United States.

Amity Technology, North America’s leading manufacturer of sugar beet harvesting equipment, has been named to Inc. Magazine’s prestigious Inc. 500. The Inc. 500 lists the fastest growing privately held companies in the United States.

Amity Technology has grown by 99% annually over the past four years, according to Inc. Magazine, for a four year total of almost 400%. Much of this growth is due to strong sales in Russia, Ukraine, and Eastern Europe, where Amity is the market leader.

“It is a great honor to receive this recognition, and we are excited to see what the future holds for Amity,” said Howard Dahl, President and CEO. “We are very proud of our employees and our products.”

Inc. Magazine has ranked Amity Technology 369th overall, out of approximately 500,000 private companies. Amity ranks 17th in the manufacturing category, and is the third largest manufacturer on the list.

Howard and Brian Dahl founded Concord, Inc. in 1977. They formed Amity Technology from assets not purchased by Case Corporation when Case bought Concord in 1996. Amity is also involved in the manufacturing of tillage equipment and soil sampling equipment, and markets the Greenseeker nitrogen sensor across much of the United States, Canada, Eastern Europe, and Russia.
