New International Justice System Tries First Cases

A former Colorado businessman exiled in New Zealand has created an Internet-based forum for weighing the scales of international justice, in what is likely to be an unprecedented system of political expression.

Christchurch, New Zealand (PRWEB) December 22, 2004 -- A former Colorado businessman exiled in New Zealand has created an Internet-based forum for weighing the scales of international justice, in what is likely to be an unprecedented system of political expression.

Prompted by this years bloodless coup in Georgia and the peaceful stand against the fraudulent elections in the Ukraine, New Zealand-based technology specialist Harmon Wilfred has established a virtual courtroom where documented evidence on each case filing can be accessed and evaluated by the international media as referee and the public as jurors of the court. Final verdicts, based upon the collective public opinion of the jury, are decided by a series of on-line polls.

The forum has been created under the principles and authority of the proclamation of the United Nations General Assembly Resolution 217A (III) of 10 December, 1948, The Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Wilfred says, The World Wide Web Court of Public Justice is the formalized alter-ego of todays powerful media / public opinion partnership, and is designed to provide the much needed checks and balances for the modern politico-liberal democracy. We have learned from the people of Georgia and the Ukraine that the abuses of power by corrupt governments can be effectively resolved without firing a shot."

Harmon Wilfred is a US citizen and former CIA financial contractor exiled from his country and his three children for seven years, for having blown the whistle on what he alleges are gross human rights violations by US Government-backed agencies against its own citizens, including the embezzlement of billions of dollars of public funds. He has filed three class action complaints against these agencies with the Court of Public Justice. The defendants include a number of state and federal officials, the CIA and the office of the President of the United States during the Clinton administration. Wilfred says, Under the auspices of covert activity and the so-called interests of national security, the US public and the world at large have been defrauded on a grand scale over a period of decades." Wilfreds evidence for these claims is documented and chronicled in a tell-all website (www.luminadiem.com)
