Northrop-Grumann extends training contract with Celeriti, LLC

Vero Beach, FL / Basking Ridge, NJ (PRWEB) December 24, 2004 -- Northrop Grumman Newport News Shipbuilding (NGNN), the prime manufacturer of nuclear submarines and aircraft carriers for the US Navy, has extended their contract with Celeriti, LLC to support and enhance its shipyard learning platform and to support training efforts within their world-renowned training programs through 2005. Celeriti team members have worked with NGNN since 2000.

As part of the contract, Celeriti will continue to support and enhance the Celeriti learning delivery platform, LearningVista. The LearningVista platform, now in release 4.3, provides computer based delivery of training content across NGNNs Norfolk Virginia shipyard, supporting some 18,000 shipyard workers. Celeriti will also support integration efforts between the learning platform and other internal systems and training sources.
