In the past, it has been expensive and difficult for independent traders to set up accounts with credit card companies and banks. Now they dont need to, as n-e-shopping.com will handle all the payment transactions.
This means that retailers can be up and running on the shopping mall within two days.
The website is the only shopping mall in the region that offers customers a 'one basket one payment facility.
Merchants will be given all the help and support they need to create their own online store on the mall, including help to input the details of the product ranges that they wish to sell. A major benefit of promoting their products via the new mall is the high levels of visitors that the Regional Portal and the site already attracts.
