Artists in the genres of Rap/Hip-Hop, Holy Hip-Hop, R&B and Neo-soul selected from the MemphisRap.com Urban Music Showcase finals held on November 20th, 2004 will showcase their talents this January 16th, 2005 at the New Daisy Theater (330 Beale Street in Downtown Memphis) in front of influential members of the music and entertainment industry including confirmed guests and celebrity judges Sony Urban Music, Rey Flemings (President/CEO of the Memphis and Shelby County Music Commission), Wes Phillips of Select-O-Hits Distribution, Melvin Jones of Gilliam Music, radio personality and TV producer Tina Tilton, Nate Boogie of K97 FM, Jeff Adams of Response Records, Leon Beck of Orange Mound Records and Parade, former V.P. of Def Jam Records Aretimus "Peppa Mouth of The South" Williams, Amie Tilton Host of television show Video Waves, Ricardo Hunter of Pacesetter Records/Hunter Promotions and many more.
