Entrepreneurs from all over Canada and the United States encouraged as auditions and tapings occur in both Niagara Falls, Canada and Windsor, Canada.

With the exception to a more powerful name change, Cross-Border Cooperation ascends to the next level with auditions in Niagara Falls, Canada and Windsor, Canada shortly: Times and locations swiftly finalized. This represents the next step to engaging a reality show to the major networks that unravels the major problems that entrepreneurs encounter and succinctly will provide paths to create new and successful businesses.

The problem is a triple- edged sword. Long over the "no job no experience, and no experience no job dilemmas," the new reality confronts the main issue of can't find a job working for someone else, and encountering the "glass ceiling" when starting/ building a business.

Cross- Border Cooperation looks at the obstacles for entrepreneurs brave enough to attempt to creat their own businesses. Follow the story behind the stories. Why people with master degrees are living in accomodations full of cockroaches. Why people with motivation and drive are so behind the 8 ball with their credit cards that they are ruthlessly hounded by blood-thirsty collection agencies 24/7, while charged usurious interest rates. Why government programs at all levels have not encouraged entrepreneurship rather dooming people to remain on welfare.

Cross Border Cooperation empowers 5 Canadian and 5 American would be entrepreneurs working together to create 10 successful companies. These business owners are going to be at all different levels of building their business and the end goals focus both on successfully growing their business, and ensuring the remaining 9 people thrive also.

The 10 entrepreneurs will connect through a powerful website that allows viewer interaction. Examples include sending in their resumes as new employment opportunities develop, purchasing product and services from these firms, even entertaining the idea of investor financing.

Both the website and the show will offer comprehensive references for all the problems encountered on Cross-Border Cooperation as well as encouraging applications for the next round of entrepreneurs.

Cross-Border Cooperation channels both the anger and frustrations of people into a positive outlet that deals effectively with issues such as:

  • Government programs or lack of them
  • Collection Agencies
  • Financing
  • Personal Profiles of the Entrepreneur
  • Credit Bureaus

Each person are alloted between 90 seconds to 2 minutes to impress why they are the fun, focused, driven entrepreneur that will make a difference. The format allows the applicant to indicate whether they are applying as a Canadian or American, what products and/or services they want to start or are in the middle of nurturing and how the show can assist them. It is important to also indicate how they can assist both the show and other entrepreneurs.

Those with dual citizenship are encouraged to audition twice and indicate what difficulties they are experiencing, despite being able to work in both countries. While the taping is in Niagara Falls, Canada and Windsor, Canada-- entrepreneurs from all over Canada and the United States are encouraged to attend.
