(PRWEB) December 27, 2004 -- Nixon Nation, signed with JetSpeed Records out of Hollywood, CA, releases its debut album entitled, "13 Songs", today - December 27, 2004!
"13 Songs" will be released to every Tower Records chain nationwide! That is 91 stores throughout the country! In addition, the album will be released to dozens of additional record stores throughout Southern California!
The music from their solo project rocked its way into MTV Networks' (Spike TV) reality TV series entitled, "Tripped Out" and "10 Things Every Guy Should Experience". Their debut CD entitled, "13 Songs", was recorded with an award-winning music production staff led by Gold and Platinum Producer David Morse (Guns and Roses, Incubus, Motley Crue). Their first major gig included a performance in Downtown Disneyland and the Anaheim Hilton Pulse Room.
"What we do is certainly unique. Most of the material is quite simple yet intensely dynamic. The key is our instinctive ability to connect many genres of music, thereby shaping and molding it into something all of its own making. I believe the mixture produces an emotional, energetic, contagious, modern radio sound. Music of this nature grows inside itself, and it will grow on you with each spin," said Kevin (Vocalist).
Kevin says Josh's dynamic guitar playing makes it easy to convey energy in their performances. "He has brought the most incredible open-mindedness, intensity and creativity that I've never seen in another musician," said Kevin.
Before Josh joined the project, Kevin had already generated more than 14,000 fans world-wide from his songs posted on MP3.com. When Josh joined the solo project, they sold more than 3,000 CD's through Red Galaxy Records - Hollywood, CA. With the debut of "13 Songs", they added Bill Esposito who is simply one of the most talented drummers on the East Coast.
