Declaration of the United Consumers

Share Article releases the Declaration of the United Consumers and declares 2005 the year of the Consumer.

When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for the people to dissolve the rigid business hierarchy which developed out of historical necessity, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them take action and spread the word.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all humans are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. --That to secure these rights, Businesses are created among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the customers, --That whenever any type of business becomes negligent of these ends, it is the Right of the People to avoid them, by spending their funds elsewhere, creating new businesses or finding other entities that address their needs better. Businesses built on the foundation on such principles of customer service, integrity and enhancing their customer relationships. Organizing its powers and resources in such form, as to provide the customers the experience most likely to effect their Satisfaction and Happiness for the better. Those businesses will be the survivors.

As consumers and clients, We have warned Businesses that our needs have not been met. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our patronage and the implicit understanding that we demand maximum value in exchange for our money. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and We have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these injustices, which, would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of our requests for service.

We, therefore, the Representatives of Capitalism, in General Congress, Assembled on the Internet, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by the Authority of the good People of this planet, solemnly publish and declare, That we United Customers, as Free and Independent citizens of the world, have full Power to use our buying power to establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent Customers may of right do. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we will do our best to shape business with our Fortunes and our Freedom of Speech.
