Take the Attitude Vitamin New Years Resolution Challenge
Innovative coaching program provides a daily dose of attitude adjustment for people who are frustrated by failed resolutions, and are ready for a change
Boxborough, MA (PRWEB) December 28, 2004 -- Attitude Vitamin, which helps people achieve their goals by building and sustaining a positive attitude for success, is issuing its first annual New Years Resolution Challenge. The challenge is designed for anyone who has a history of making resolutions that they havent been able to keep. By participating in the Attitude Vitamin coaching program, members receive a daily dose of attitude adjustment and the strong community support required to turn resolutions into habits.
Everyone makes them, but very few people stick to their New Years resolutions," says Kate Duffy, co-founder and chief vitameister at Attitude Vitamin. Turning a resolution into a habit requires an attitude shift. People must develop an attitude of confidence and determination, which requires daily practice and support. The New Years Resolution Challenge will help people put an end to the annual disappointment they always feel when their resolutions fade."
To take the Attitude Vitamin New Years Resolution Challenge, people need to sign up by January 15, 2005 at http://www.attitudevitamin.com, and describe their resolution. They then call in to the live or recorded coaching calls each day, and spend as little as five minutes getting their daily dose of attitude adjustment. The participants track their progress in the Attitude Vitamin New Years Resolution Journal. At the end of 90 days, members submit a written description of their success story, and the coaches at Attitude Vitamin will award the grand prize to the member who has made the most remarkable progress towards keeping their resolutions. Attitude Vitamin will also refund the membership fees for anyone who doesnt keep their resolutions.
According to Duffy, Attitude Vitamin is not for everyone. Attitude Vitamin is only for people who recognize that fear, self-doubt and other negative thoughts are holding them back from achieving their goals, who understand that they are in control of their attitude, and are ready to make a change, she says. Anyone who lacks that mindset is destined to have the same frustrating results theyve always had."
