During a series of typical life coaching sessions with a client, usually a number of different problem areas are uncovered in an endeavour to unblock and allow the client to move on. Once this is done, there are a number of follow up sessions as the problem areas are worked on and resolved. This CD takes the place of the follow up sessions.

In order to allow the client to utilise the minimum amount of life coaching sessions, once the problem areas requiring resolution are identified and to move on as quickly as possible, a new product utilising innovative CD and audio technology has been developed. This eliminates the need for subsequent sessions and more cost.

The audio product is based around the main themes uncovered during the first seminal life coaching sessions. These themes are reiterated in a CD together with a number of relevant resolution approaches. These scenarios have been developed after more than 20 years experience coaching a wide variety of clients.
