The public is invited to Southbay Pavilion at Carson (Mall) the last Friday of every month for the "Spoken Word and Arts Café, a community based poetry, music and arts showcase

(PRWEB) February 14, 2004 --Spoken Word and Arts Café is poetry, music and arts showcase, featuring poets, singers, musicians, dancers & more from the Carson community and surrounding cities. Held the last Friday of every month at the Southbay Pavilion at Carson (Mall).The "Spoken Word and Arts Café" is a community event to bring positive role models in the community and support motivation, inspiration and education.

Community Star Awards
In addition to the Spoken Word and Arts Café Showcase, We will launch "Community Star" awards each month to kids ages 5-18, beginning March 2004 Parents & Teachers are encouraged to submit children who received good grades this year, or who help out in the community or at home. "We want to recognize the youth for the things they do in the community both at home and outside the home" said Sheréa VéJauan CEO of Realistically Speaking Publishing.

"Community Star" submissions should be sent to Realistically Speaking Publishing Company Attn: community star award PO Box 3566 Cerritos CA 90703. Please include a 20 word summary about why this child should receive this award. Awards will be given out at the Café.

Spoken Word TV
Realistically Speaking Productions will record Spoken Word & Arts Café live at the Southbay Pavilion at Carson (Mall) Spoken Word & Arts Café can be viewed by Carson Residents on Comcast Cable channel 35 every Monday at 8:30 p.m. and Every Friday at 9:30 p.m.

Realistically Speaking Publishing Company will be at Southbay Pavilion at Carson the last Friday of every Month from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. Southbay Pavilion at Carson is located at 20220 Avalon Boulevard, This event is free to the public and the entire family is welcomed to come out and feel Inspired & Motivated. This event will include giveaways, and more. This event is free to the public.

Celebrity Clone
We are preparing a special show for October and we are looking for Celebrity look-a- likes to impersonate our favorite celebrities. No lip-syncing, all natural.
