Simultaneous Translation : Virtual Words is Consolidating its Offer to the MICE Industry

Brussels, February 2004 -- The translation agency Virtual Words (www.virtual-words.com) is consolidating its existing offer with the provision of comprehensive interpreting services.

Brussels (PRWEB) February 21, 2004 --- The translation agency Virtual Words (www.virtual-words.com) is consolidating its existing offer with the provision of comprehensive interpreting services. Starting in March 2004, and in order to better respond to an increasing demand from the sector of Meetings, Incentives, Congresses and Exhibitions, the translation agency Virtual Words will focus on simultaneous translation - a service that has always been provided by the agency:

This type of service is well-known to us," said Pierre Léonard, in-charge of development. Since 1999 we have been servicing an average of 20 missions a year for congress and seminar organisers, NGOs, TV stations and official institutions."

Virtual Words has therefore gradually acquired the necessary experience, resources and reflexes to offer interpreting services on a much larger scale, while still applying the same quality and response criteria usually associated to its other services.

Even if the majority of its contracts concern mostly languages of the European Community, Virtual Words is also able to meet requests involving such languages as Japanese, Czech or sign language.

Our network of interpreters covers approximately 30 languages and involves 200 experienced professionals," adds Pierre Léonard. Their fields of expertise encompass sectors such as automotive, telecommunications, or metallurgy. We have all the necessary ingredients to provide a pertinent response to a range of extremely diverse requests."

Virtual Words also offers a comprehensive service, including equipment and technological infrastructure, for example for specific events such as conference calls or web seminars.

Interpreting is part of the companys global offer which also includes written translation, copywriting, transcription, document summarisation, desktop publishing and subtitling.
