The Ready System has been designed to accommodate the changing clinical scenarios of cardiac surgery and cardiopulmonary bypass by providing the clinician with a safe and flexible cardiopulmonary bypass platform.

Approximately 400,000 procedures utilizing cardiopulmonary bypass are performed in the United States each year. The NovoSci Ready SystemŽ can accommodate the clinical scenarios in all of these procedures because it places a unique closed reservoir in the venous line. The patented combination of a closed loop bypass circuit combined with vacuum assisted venous return eliminates concern about venous air handling in a minimized bypass system.
