Seniors and boomers, alike, are facing the daunting task of getting all of their affairs in order "Just In Case" something goes terribly wrong. Not only does this system make the organization process easy, it also sets up an "in case of emergency" response system so others can respond at a time of crisis. Life can change in a heartbeat... You may want to plan ahead, "Just In Case!"

MINNEAPOLIS, MN (PRWEB) March 7, 2004 --OrganizeQuick, LLC, developer and distributor of personal organizational systems announced that it has recently introduced the Just In Case! Organization System through community education classes in the Twin Cities Metro Area and via its website www.organizequick.com .

The Just In Case! Organization System was developed as a tool to assist individuals with the organization of their estate including important personal, financial, & legal documents.

All adults have a need to organize their important documents in case of an medical emergency or death", according to Helen Hamman, co-developer of the Just In Case! Organization System.

Hamman adds when a person dies or experiences a medical emergency, the surviving family is often left with the difficult task and responsibility of trying to find important personal, financial, & legal documents for the person who has died or been hospitalized. This can be daunting task when trying to grieve and manage the personal and financial affairs of your loved one."

The Just In Case! Organization System is divided into 3 sections:

Section I is a short quick reference document that includes all of your emergency information - personal, medical, and insurance, as well as emergency contact information.

Section II is a 13-part organizer that is used to store important documents. By filing important personal, financial, and legal documents in this section, you and your loved ones will be able to find all of your important documents in one place.

Section III includes a summary of pertinent information taken from the documents that are stored in Section II. This summary will provide immediate access to all of your important information related to finances, insurance, property, advisors, and other assets.
