The Intercollegiate Broadcasting System presents conventions in four major US cities per year including Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles & New York. The events bring together the nations top program university and non commercial radio Program Directors and on air personalities. Traditionally the conferences have created great opportunities for developing mentoring relationships between stations, discovering new musical talent through showcases at local music venues, networking cocktail socials, and tours of participating New York City radio stations.
Im looking forward to the opportunity to give my insight on independent music marketing, Corey explains. In a nutshell its all about finding any and every avenue to create a buzz about your project and there are some great stories along the way".
