Virginia-based PR firm to publicize echange's on-line learning course on customer service for Latin American microfinance middle managers.

The Internet-based, three-month course was developed with funds from the Inter-American Development Bank and will be pilot tested in Bolivia starting May 2004. The course will be fully available in both English and Spanish by September 2004.
Microfinances leading customer service professionals, in collaboration with Latin Americas top distance learning instructors, carefully designed the 36-hour Improving Customer Service in Microfinance Industry" course over a six-month period.
