Ideally located at the base of both Blackcomb and Whistler Mountains, the beautifully appointed 650-square foot Singing Pass Meeting Room, located on the 6th floor, offers natural lighting and stunning mountain views through large gabled windows. Unique features include: 12-foot vaulted ceiling; high speed Internet access; state of the art audio visual equipment; full food and beverage service; deluxe leather banquet chairs with arms; adjoining breakout room; security key card access; and accessible washrooms. Capacities range from 10 in the break out room to 45 for a reception in the meeting room, and rates range from USD$148 (CDN$200) for three hours rental time to USD$530 (CDN$700) for 24 hour access.

The 7th floor Pacific Suite is the propertys exclusive club floor, reserved for guests interested in upgrading available services and amenities for a nominal surcharge. Surrounded by breathtaking views, the intimate lounge features a daily deluxe Continental breakfast buffet, which includes premium Torrefazione Coffee and Mighty Leaf Tea; fresh juice and fruit bar; assortment of breads, bagels, pastries, granola, cereals and yogurt; and deli meat, cheese and smoked salmon. In addition, the suite is stocked with international newspapers and magazines and guests are invited to make free local calls from this venue. The Pacific Suite is open from 7-10 a.m. daily. Surcharges are USD$11.50 (CDN$14.95) per person or USD$8.00 (CDN$11.00) for children 12 and under. Children under age three are free of charge.
