Forrest Tales: The Secret of the Labryinth is a book for young people who have ever made a mistake in life; in other words--for young people 1 to 101!

"Our young people are starving for a sense of spiritual self and these books are meant to help."

(PRWEB) March 25, 2004 -- Two years ago, CJ Lewis was performing a military tour of duty when she heard a news report that disturbed her. The psychologist reported that the reason people were flocking to see movies with witches, wizards, and hobbits, was because they were searching for spirituality. Her first thought was; how sad. How sad that rather than visiting their nearest church, synagogue or temple, people were going to these fantasy movies to find answers." That news broadcast changed CJ Lewis forever. I remember thinking, wouldnt it be great if a writer could use the fantasy genre to fashion a story that had some real and lasting spiritual value as well?"

Before she knew it, the ideas were flowing. The first book in the series was completed with the theme of forgiveness. Sometimes in the process of seeking forgiveness for the mistakes we make, we forget the last step. We need to forgive ourselves, too. The story also illustrates for us too, that life experiences make us who we are. We need to embrace those experiences that stretch us to our limits and not continually dwell on our regrets; the what ifs" in life.

Life is filled with twists and turns, just like the Great Labryinth. We need to appreciate those opportunities."

The stories are filled with fantasy and adventure, yet each book in the series deals with a theme that young people face as they make their difficult journey to becoming."
