USA ePay to Announce Wireless ePay at ETA 2004 Show
Processing Credit Cards from Your Cell Phone Made Easy
Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) April 17, 2004 --USA ePay, a GorCorp company, has announced that they will be unveiling their new Wireless ePay technology during their exhibition at the Electronic Transaction Association (ETA) 2004 Annual show in Las Vegas on 4/20 – 4/22.
The new Wireless ePay technology allows cell phone users of all major wireless carries such as Cingular, T-Mobile, AT&T, Sprint, Verizon and Nextel to easily process credit cards from the existing and upcoming line of Java-based phones released by these providers. The Wireless ePay technology uses J2ME technology over the GSM and GPRS network to process credit cards directly from the cell phone with the same speed and security as if the merchant was doing it on a credit card machine.
USA ePay will be running live demos of the product over Java simulators on their computer stations at their booth as well as over phones such as the v400 from Motorola over the Cingular network and the i730 from Nextel. USA ePay will be located at booth #806 at the ETA show for anyone interested in a live demo or for any face to face questions with USA ePay representatives.
USA ePay is a full-service ECI certified payment gateway which supports the First Data Nashville and Vital PS platforms. USA ePay, along with being Visa U.S.A. CISP compliant, supports the Verified by Visa program.
