Demotech purchased the publication from Corporate Development Services (CDS) and in May will publish the 2004 edition as "Demotech Performance of Title Insurance Companies".

Demotech purchased the publication from Corporate Development Services (CDS) and in May will publish the 2004 edition as "Demotech Performance of Title Insurance Companies". Demotech continues the tradition of industry leading coverage of the market for title insurance and title underwriters.
Consistent with previous years, "Demotech Performance of Title Insurance Companies" will present key financial data and comparative financial ratios for each of the 87 underwriters included. "Demotech Performance of Title Insurance Companies" will also continue to include market summaries and evaluations organized by state and nationwide.
In addition, the 2004 edition of "Demotech Performance of Title Insurance Companies" will contain Demotechs Financial Stability Ratings® for each rated underwriter. Starting in 2004, Demotech will also offer quarterly industry updates electronically.
