It No Longer Makes a Difference Who Sits in the White House

Who sits in the House of Representaives are a different story. The Constitution of the United States some 228 years ago made it simple for the people to rule themselves through the House of Representatives. But, somehow, over the years too many people lost interest in controlling their own future by copping out” and leaving it to others. Too many Congresspersons who are supposedly representing the people do not because no one really bothers to question their voting record and whereabouts. Look where its got us. Its time to find out who in Congress faithfully support the people vs. big business interests. Then you can make the decision to vote them out or keep them in.

(PRWEB) June 15, 2004 -- Congresspersons are the biggest unused political power average Americans have. Focusing on your local representaive to Congress and using the power of our votes is the only way we, the people can Buy Back America from special interests. If we don't, we get what we deserve and it is not a very pretty picture for the future.

You can dump a lousy Congressperson in two years. It takes four years to change a President and six years to move out a do-nothing” Senator.

According to the Constitution of the United States, the House of Representatives has as much power as the President and Senators. If not more.

Thats where the real action is. Congress controls Americas purse strings. The President cant get a nickel without them. Its where tougher laws that dont favor special interests can be created to protect the average citizen and the way in which hard-earned tax dollars should be spent.

Considering the potential power of the House of Representative's, is it not the logical place to start?

Our only chance in 2004 and in the future is to focus all our time and money on The House of Representatives.

Dont leave it up to others to watch your Congresspersons who seem to care only about the needs of big business. Thats exactly what shifty politicians, rich people, big oil interests, and lobbyists want you to do. And why we have the biggest deficit in history.

Simply put, too many Congresspersons who are supposedly representing the people do not because no one really bothers to question their voting record and whereabouts. Look where its got us. Its time to find out who in Congress faithfully supports the people vs. big business interests.

For change, get interested and get informed.

Heres a practical way to hold Congresspersons be held accountable, answerable and responsive to the individual taxpayer and their families. And your first practical chance to beat special interests at their own game. It's simple, quick and costs only $2.87.

Lets start with the high price of gas. Lets find out who is behind it and why they get away with it.

For a $2.87 reimbursement, FOIL will fax your Congressperson an overdue inquiry with 13 tough questions (one for each of the original thirteen colonies) - without your name on it - and get you answers to some of your nagging questions concerning their loyalties. If we receive an answer, we'll forward it to you. Congresspersons will never know it was you that sent it. If we don't get a response within 30 days, we'll let you know that, too.

If you think only powerful companies can control Presidents, Senators and Congresspersons - you're wrong! The first step is sponsoring your Inquiry.

Republican or Democrat, conservative or liberal, young or old, we are all victims unless we show interest in our political system.

What you get:

People who make an Inquiry” can begin to guarantee that your elected Congressperson will fly right.

1. Show that you are paying attention to Congress.

2. You can be absolutely certain your representative is truly representing you and not the interest of others.

3. Watching them like a hawk doesnt hurt.

To get an advance look at the Inquiry” and the questions asked of your representative in Congress, or to download it and send it yourself, log on to www.joinfoil.org

Coming soon: Congressional Inquiry forms on health insurance and pharmaceutical costs will soon be available on joinfoil.org. Knowledge is power.
