Real Estate Lead Management Tools Expand Nationally Offering Agents and Realtors® IDX Systems to Manage Leads and Close More Escrows

Planet IDX, Inc., suppliers of IDX, VOW, and VOW2 systems, Nationally released the technology now available to agents, brokers and REALTORS® to track member logs and farm leads from specific communities with listings data supplied by their local MLS Board. Planet IDX, Inc. is the professional standard used by MLS members when developing an IDX strategy, and consistently remains compliant with all 2004 NAR rules and regulations. Understanding that any web site is pointless without traffic, Planet IDX, Inc. supports all front-end and back-end tools as well as search engine marketing in-house to produce results for their clients.

(PRWEB) June 17, 2004 -- Planet IDX, Inc. based in Las Vegas, Nevada and their International Sales Division located in Phoenix, Arizona has outperformed expectations in 2004. With over 80 satisfied clients from Florida to Colorado, homebuyers realize the control to view all home listings from the local MLS and save searches and favorite properties in their membership portfolio. Simultaneously, agents and brokers retain control to add members to their logs, control featured property groups, review and track all web site activity and manage leads with the membership and lead profile modules. The ability to track homes most sought after combined with the homebuyers contact information is powerful. Most agents have seen an ROI of 800% and higher just this calendar year. Additionally, agents can target specific areas of attention within select communities and provide listings on their site to offer all properties available for sale in that target area all at one convenient location, making the site more intuitive than searching the entire MLS.

All members become leads belonging to the agent and leads are not viewed by other agents in the area - unlike other lead programs that scour the MLS database and offer leads to any agent willing to pony up a $5000 licensing fee. The enhanced IDX system is based on the premise of IDX standards and is converted to a VOW (Virtual Office Website). The VOW system takes advantage of post-IDX concepts to convey a true Virtual Office Website online. Powered with an extensive membership system, agents can now maximize their lead-capture rate, closing more escrows regularly. Home-searching members can save up to 200 searches or 400 properties into their personal account, and the VOW system will automatically email them daily regarding new properties creating a never-ending supply of potential homebuyers that does all the work for the agent.

The VOW2 system solves the problem of an open IDX system where buyers simply look and leave. In addition, any web site without marketing is powerless, and any website without the ability to track and manage leads is burdensome and not cost-effective. Planet IDX, Inc.s solutions solve all the above issues and enable agents to become superstars in their respective markets.

The latest VOW2 (VOW 2.0) system is the most advanced system in place to date. A hybridized poly-morphed IDX System, VOW 2.0 incorporates the best of IDX with VOW by capturing the homebuyers attention prior to registering as a member. In compliance with the NAR 2004 rules and regulations, the VOW 2.0 system is being heavily sought after for leading agents and REALTORS® with discriminating needs. Modularized systems start at $995 for a template IDX system and $5490 for complete custom system with lead profile tracking. Monthly service, hosting, archiving and marketing fees are additional.

Planet IDX, Inc. proposed a programming language exclusively for the real estate industry, REML, in 1999 and finalized this in 2002. Not just an XML form yet rather a complex object oriented, compiled language created for rapid and effective development of complex real estate websites, Planet IDX, Inc. both proposed this and was the chief engineer for REML. Both Planet IDX, Inc. and all local divisions are pioneers that direct the future of the entire Internet Real Estate community.

Since 1994, Planet IDX, Inc a Las Vegas based Internet technology firm, has specialized in providing professional technological solutions to discriminating clientele. Services include technology consulting, web site design and hosting, Internet marketing, graphic design and cutting-edge virtual tour software.
