Mary Jo Morelly, currently Director of Product Development, has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective immediately. Morelly takes over the COO position from company co-founder David W. A 19-year veteran of the telecommunications industry, Ms. Morelly joined 3PV when it was founded in 1999. She began her career at AT&T specializing in billing systems for large corporate customers. She also served as Director of Product Development for MSG Corporation, a software development company specializing in legacy telecommunications systems integration. She holds a B.S. degree from the University of Central Florida.

Mr. Combs and Mr. Brinkman founded 3PV in 1999.
