Newport Beach, CA (PRWEB) June 17, 2004 -- Irell & Manella LLP, a full service law firm with offices in Los Angeles and Newport Beach, today announced that the chapter 11 plan proposed jointly by Centis, Inc. and its affiliates (the Debtors"), and the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors represented by Irell & Manella LLP, has been confirmed by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. The Debtors, together with other foreign, non-debtor affiliates, were designers, manufacturers and multi-channel marketers of office, storage and human resource products.
