San Diego City Attorney to Announce Partnership With Recording Artist Ashley Matte

Ashley Matte Debuts New Album and Promotes Something Better" For Victims of Abuse

(PRWEB) June 18, 2004 -- City Attorney Casey Gwinn, Coach House Records recording artist Ashley Matte and Tiffanie Mills, Camp Hope executive director, will announce fundraising initiative and launch a partnership that will raise money for a childrens camp serving victims of abuse. Recording artist Ashley Matte will dedicate hit single, Something Better" and promote awareness as well as funding through song royalties for Camp Hope.

Established a year ago through the vision of City Attorney Gwinn and the San Diego Family Justice Center Foundation, Camp Hope is located in Ramona, CA at Lake Sutherland. The Family Justice Center Foundation is raising funds for the construction of a camp facility and an endowment so families can participate free of charge annually. On June 22, a press announcement will be held to introduce Ashley Matte as an ambassador for Camp Hope. The public is invited to participate and meet Ashley Matte at Borders Books. At Camp Hope, children thrive by participating in activities such as water play, arts & crafts, music and much more! Camp Hopes goal is to offer abused, at-risk youth and victims of domestic violence, a sense of community – providing a positive experience from their everyday lives.
