The new rates are part of an aggressive campaign to offer lower rates, add calling features and capture a greater market share of the growing broadband internet telephone market.
Earlier this year, the company added 911" services in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Metro-New York City. By using their high speed internet access, and a special VoIP telephone, also known as an internet telephone, customers can place calls around the world.
