Shoreview's outsourced technical professional services program allows European and Asia-Pacific based software vendors with customers in the United States to use our US-based technical staff to execute customer installs, upgrades and tuning or sales support assignments. ISV's are dependent on customer referrals yet often do not have the depth in professional services to ensure product installations reflect the individual reality of the customer environment, especially when the customer is located on a different continent. Successful installation often requires close on-site collaboration with database administrators, system managers and network engineers as well as local IT support staff. Shoreview provides the IT staff in the US to represent the remote ISV.
