Integrated Genomics and Ariadne Genomics have launched Metabolic Vision, an advanced microbial metabolic pathway database that can be incorporated into Ariadnes highly successful PathwayAssist software suite. Metabolic Vision (www.ariadnegenomics.com/products/meta.html) combines PathwayAssists pathway analysis and visualization tools with Integrated Genomics extensive ERGO database of over 600 curated genomes to allow researchers to explore and manage microbial metabolic pathways easily, and with outstanding depth and specificity.
The Metabolic Vision module is available to PathwayAssist customers as a downloadable database. There are several packages available for researchers investigating microbial metabolism, including specific packages for bacterial pathogens, antibiotic production, and fungal metabolism.
Metabolic Vision significantly increases the overall scientific value of PathwayAssist, adding curated microbial and fungal data to our eukaryotic molecular interaction databases.
