In this role Mr. Vallauri will be responsible for all marketing, sales, business development, technology, operations and financial matters of the company.
   
Mr. Vallauri has over twenty years of travel sales, marketing and technology experience and has held senior management positions with companies such as Meridien Hotels, Utell International, Cendants WizCom International and AMR Information Systems (American Airlines). Most recently Vallauri served as Vice President of E-Commerce & CRM for Prime Hospitality Corp. (NYSE: PDQ) where he oversaw all Internet strategy, distribution and e-Commerce initiatives for over 250 hotels in North America. In addition, Vallauri has also been an Internet entrepreneur having founded several dotcom companies, notably FreeShippping.com and MyVendi.com, which he ultimately sold to private investors.
