New York, June 20, 2004 –Global Traveler, the only United States–based magazine written for the frequent-traveling executive, conducted its annual Wines on the Wing" survey of wines served in international airlines business-class cabins at the Millennium Broadway Hotel New York last month. The results are published in Global Travelers June/July issue.
A carefully selected panel of world-renowned wine judges and connoisseurs were gathered for the tasting in which more than 25 international carriers participated. Submissions were accepted in three categories: White, Red and Sparkling wines. Care was taken to ensure that the wines set for the survey matched exactly to those served onboard business classes around the world.
