California Bands, Musicians, and Songwriters will be joined by 16-year-old-violin phenom Sasha Tkacheff from "Sasha's Violin" for Saturday's event in Elk Grove. Tkacheff will join ISLAND's frontman Scott West for a set of music at BT's Place in the Old Town section of Elk Grove, California on Satuday July 31, 2004 at 7 PM. Tkacheff will be performing at the California State Fair later this summer and West will be playing at INSANE Gallery's Insane Saturday (at 511 20th Street) in Sacramento for the August 14th Second Saturday Art Walk. West's concert will coincide with his international "SHOES" show at the INSANE Gallery.
