On August 14th, 2004 Arrowhead residents will have a new choice in entertainment. Color Me Mine (located at 20241 N. 67th Ave., Suite A-8), Glendale, AZ will open its doors to the community. Part of a nationwide trend, this paint-your-own-pottery studio offers a creative alternative to movies, ballgames and hanging out by the pool.

At Color Me Mine, its easy to learn and explore the ceramic arts. Here is how:
•First, select bisque from studio shelves. Bisque is clay that has been formed and fired once to make it ready for painting. Color Me Mine offers a wide range of bisque that appeals to every member of the family and every room in the house. Our selection of bisque includes over 200 items such as plates and bowls, footballs and ballet slippers, holiday ornaments and gift items for special occasions throughout the year.
•Second, select colors and plan design. Color Me Mine has books, magazines, stamps, stencils and painted samples all throughout the studio to help you get the creative juices flowing. If you get stuck our Design Center can help you with over 20,000 images. All you have to do is select the image you want, hit the print button and the image is yours.
•Third, relax, paint and enjoy! Families, co-workers and friends find that time spent at a ceramic studios painting tables is relaxing and rejuvenating.
•Fourth, leave painted pieces at the studio where staff will then dip them in clear glaze and fire in the studios kiln.
•Finally, return a few days later to retrieve your fabulous fired creations. We will ship if you are traveling or want to send as a gift!
We have a lot going on. It is the ultimate group activity.
