Carefx Continues to Work with Siemens to Sell the Fusionfx Context Manager

With its recent alliance in full swing, Carefx continues to work with Siemens Medical Solutions to complete contracts for and begin implementations of the Carefx Fusionfx Context Manager with three customers, CAMC Health System, MedCentral Health System and Mountain States Health Alliance.

Scottsdale, AZ (PRWEB) August 1, 2004 --Carefx Corporation aligned with Siemens in September of 2003 to integrate and package its Fusionfx Context Manager and related products with the Siemens Health Enterprise Dashboard, a browser-based portal to health information that enables users to sign-on once and have access to all relevant patient, administrative, and educational information available in the providers systems.

Carefxs Fusionfx Context Manager coordinates many different healthcare applications on one desktop by implementing the HL7 CCOW interoperability standard. CCOW enables user, patient, and patient encounter context information to be automatically synchronized and updated across all CCOW compliant applications.

This enhancement of the Health Enterprise Dashboard through Carefx enables Siemens customers to streamline workflow, save time and effort (e.g., single sign-on scripts are not necessary to CCOW applications), and increase efficiency.
