The National Association for Disabled Executives and The Gay and Lesbian Trust Company of New Mexico Applaud Out Magazine's Editorial Staff for inclusion of a very courageous letter by former PR executive Jason Lowen and his struggle with bipolar disorder and with so much similarity to former CEO and South Beach gay society figure Carlos Cisneros who reportedly committed suicide recently

The National Association for Disabled Executives and The Gay and Lesbian Trust Company of New Mexico are pleased by OUT Magazines Peter Davis interesting piece of openly gay and much admired Carlos Cisneros who died while using a friends plush Wilshire Corridor condominium in Los Angeles, CA. Interestingly, infamous stock broker to Martha Stewart, Peter Bacanovic, had requested to use the residence after being found guilty in a New York courtroom. NADE and the newer Gay and Lesbian Trust Company of New Mexico noticed in the September 2004 issue that former executive at Porter Novelli and Weber Shandwick/Rogers & Cowan public relations top five agencies. Lowen also served as Managing Editor and Deputy Chief Spokesman for the largest brand of conservative global corporation Alticor Corporation. Jason Lowen shared his own story of bipolar disorder and generalized anxiety disorder and attending the same university as Cisneros (American Univerity, Washington, DC) and during attacks often stayed one to three weeks at The Four Seasons Hotels and the St. Regis New York much like Cisneros who spent weeks at The Four Seasons.

(PRWEB) August 16, 2004 -- The National Association for Disabled Executives and The Gay and Lesbian Trust Company of New Mexico are pleased by OUT Magazines Peter Davis interesting piece of openly gay and much admired Carlos Cisneros who died while using a friends plush Wilshire Corridor condominium in Los Angeles, CA.

Lowen who described his six year relationship with the great nephew of a former similarly deeply religious country whose uncle served until his death as a great civil servant as Vice President, Secretary of Foreign Affairs, Senator and as an elder statesman served as Ambassador to the United States based in Washington, DC where Lowen and his partner lived after meeting in college.

I renamed my lover in the article using one of his shared middle names, Scott, as how many people have family with that many titles. In visiting his country, I socialized with everyone from Congressmen and Senators to famous and well shielded actors who due to the deep religious nature are very restrained in public," said Lowen.

Richard Lowen, the family patriarch, succumbed to cancer having never smoked cigarettes at age 46. The Richard Lowen Memorial Fund was established with friend and Chairman of the 300-attorney firm Buchalter, Nemer, Fields & Younger, whose Chairman continues to carry on Richard Lowens legacy through support of Special Olympics programs paid for by donations and a firm gift that keeps the fund perpetually able to assist urban youth in Special Olympic event days.

I had difficulties with issues prior to my fathers death at age 17 but like Cisnero I felt I got worse after his death although I worked for eight years before stepping down from my last position and starting charity, especially development work in the past year," continued Lowen.

During the most troubling part of his mania (bipolar) Jason would catch a First Class ticket to New York or Hong Kong and when in New York City we would have great fun with friends in Jasons large room on the top floors of the Four Seasons Hotel," said former Playboy Playmate, Cery Lorenzo, now a successful marketing executive in New Jersey, who was unaware of the severity of bipolar disorder until recently.

When I needed time to find myself Jason sent me a First Class ticket from New York to Los Angeles and we stayed in a one-bedroom suit at the Four Seasons Los Angeles at Beverly Hills, which cured me in three days of my personal issue as I met a tennis star in the Windows lounge and we now chat every week. Most people would not be so caring and selfless," continued Lorenzo.

We are pleased that Mr. Lowen continually chooses our hotels whether staying in one of our intimate haciendas, historic chateaus or glamorous urban landmarks. As a further show of gratitude Mr. Lowen will be receiving exclusive tokens of our appreciation throughout the next year," said Mr. Stephen Alden, Senior Vice President of St. Regis Hotels & Resorts Worldwide and of Starwoods Luxury Collection.

Jason is a really nice guy and often misunderstood," said Laura Latrinico, former Senior Director of Spa Services, The Luxury Collections Diplomat Hotel.

We were disappointed with Starwood Manager of Consumer Affairs Marlene Rose-Clarke who did not appreciate Mr. Lowens patronage in her office in Starwoods former Chief Executive Officer and now Executive Chairman Barry Sternlicht. Ms. Rose-Clarke has never asked St. Regis team members of their impressions," said a St. Regis Los Angeles former hotel executive.

I feel grateful that Mr. Wolf Hengst, President and Chief Operating Officer of The Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts Worldwide for his understanding and assistance in assisting me in raising funds for The National Gay & Lesbian Task Force and for personal empathy," said Lowen.

Lowen lives primarily in West Hollywood, CA and is on top of his disorder by regularly meeting with a leading physician in Neuropsychiatry at UCLA Medical Center.

The National Association for Disabled Executives would like to thank Mr. Lowen for his courage in assisting us with more details and the words of friends and colleagues. Please see the September 2004 edition of Out Magazine or Out.com letters.
